It's great news for her kids that she lost a custody battle, because it means they might have a shot at having a normal life (and living long enough to see their tenth birthday) not being in the home of a depressed washed up drunk. On the other hand, they are going to live in the house of a drug abusing washed up white rapper.

L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon issued an order today, stating that Kevin Federline, the boys' father, "is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court."

And this is supposed to be better how?
