RSS/Atom
There's a couple of different ways to keep track of Media Pundit updates. This site publishes a single "smart" RSS/Atom feed that ought to be supported by just about any web browser or program, via Feedburner. I have a couple of shortcut links for subscribing to that feed with Google Reader, and Bloglines. I try to make most posts available fully via this feed, but if it's going to be long, you'll notice a note at the bottom of certain feed items letting you know that what you're reading is just a summary, or more typically the first coupe of paragraphs of the post. You'll need to follow the link provided by your feed reader to see the rest.
Email
If you'd rather be notified via email when this site has new posts, you can subscribe to a mailing list of sorts that will send you a once-daily message with links and summaries (and sometimes full posts). I promise not to share your email address with third parties for any reason.
Twitter
Twitter is a micro-blogging service that allows people to subscribe to your "feed" where you can tell them what you're doing -- at least that's what it was designed for. I use it to announce new blog posts and some news announcements.
You can track people's Twitter feeds via email, cellphone text message, instant message, RSS, or by visiting your own Twitter homepage. Lots of options, very nifty, and if you subscribe via cell or instant message, you'll receive updates from me in real time. My Twitter feed is http://twitter.com/pwtenny.
Other
You could of course just bookmark the homepage, if that's your style.
