This is the "mid-season replacements" post of a series on FOX's 2010 upfront presentation. These pilots were all ordred by FOX for consideration for the 2010 fall season, and anything they announce at the upfronts next week will come from this pile.

FOX only has one mid-season replacement show this year, which is below.

• The Good Guys

  From: Matt Nix as creator, Mikkel Bondesen and Zack Estrin producing, with Tim Matheson directing the pilot. Nix created Burn Notice for USA with Bondesen producing that series. Estrin recently produced and wrote for Prison Break and a handful of other shows. Matheson is a familiar actor who has guest-starred on Burn.

  Synopsis: An action-packed and comedic look at what happens when a washed-up, old-school cop and a by-the-book, modern-day detective try to expose the big picture of small crime.

  Notes: 13 episodes ordered. The pilot will premier in front of American Idol May 19th (8PM), then debut in its regular timeslot on June 7th, Mondays at 9PM. Notable cast includes Bradley Whitford, Jenny Wade, and Colin Hanks.
